"The Secret is Out" Horotachi Ski Resort Trip
One of Hokkaido's best kept secrets is out "Horotachi Ski Resort". This small ski field which sits off the beaten track and for many many years was only known to but a hand full of die hard powder lovers. The ski field has only one lift and four courses but what it lacks in that area it makes up for with some of the best quality powder snow to be found on this magically island. Horotachi is popular to the powder dog because most of it's courses are un-groomed which makes for some great powder runs. Horotachi sits on the south end of the Santozan Mountain Range so the precipitation is consistent which can guaranteed a lot of powder days. Join us on our trip to this great place.

Level:
People must be a intermediate or higher skier or snowboarder.
Must bring:
- own skies or snowboard ( No rentals available )
- If you are thinking about heading into the trees you must bring a helmet.
- clothes to ski or snowboard in
- casual clothes
- towels for Japanese bath
- alcohol
- snacks
- cash ( no credit cards )
Note: There is no shops or ATM there or nearby . You must bring everything that you think you will need.
